According to the types of financial assistance, the Board of Directors individually reviews all applications and makes a decision within one month after the application is registered.
The Bar Social Assistance Fund provides the following types of financial assistance:
► One-time financial assistance to a member of the Association who has a status of the Single Parents, in case of emergency surgery for children aged 0-5 .Required Documents: Copy of Attorney's ID, Copy of Birth Certificate, Medical Certificate -(Form N100), Estimate, Bank requisites;
► One-time financial assistance to a lawyer member of the association at the birth of their fourth child and each of the following children. Required Documents: Copy of Attorney's ID, Copy of Birth Certificate of Child, Marriage Certificate or copies of other Required Documents, Bank requisites.
► One-time financial assistance in case of emergency surgery for a member of the association (unless this includes state insurance).Required Documents: Copy of Attorney's ID, Medical Certificate - Form 100, Estimate, Bank requisites.
► One-time financial assistance to a member lawyer who was affected by accident triggered by natural disaster (damage caused by landslides, avalanches, floods, fires, or other natural disasters). Required Documents: Copy of Attorney's ID, Victim Recognition Document, Bank requisites.
► One-time financial assistance in the event of the death of a member of the Association.Required documents: Copy of lawyer's ID, copy of death certificate, bank requisites.
► One-time financial assistance in case of severe illness of a member of the association.Required Documents: Copy of Attorney's ID, Medical Certificate - Form 100, Estimate, Bank Requirements.
► Besides the above mentioned circumstances ,social assistance may be, exceptionally, provided on a case-by-case basis.
* Note: You can submit an application either electronically or in a form of a hard copy to the Association office (see "Applying for a Fund" below). If the application is filled in by a family member / relative of the lawyer, together with the above mentioned documents required for the specific financial assistance an applicant must provide, copies of the applicant's identity card and proof of kinship.
