Bar Exams
Bar Exams are held at least twice a year. Examination program and the date / place of the exam is determined and approved by the Executive Board. Bar Exams are conducted in the state language of Georgia, with a specialization in civil law, criminal law and general specialization. Anyone with higher legal education is eligible to apply for the Bar Exam.In case of successful passing of the Bar Exam, a person receives a Qualification Certificate that attests the passing of the exam and which is valid for 10 years after passing the Bar Exam.
