The purpose of the Committee is to ensure the development of intellectual property law, the proper implementation of legislation and the effective enforcement. In order to achieve these goals, the Committee will develop draft laws, proposals, reports, and recommendations on intellectual property law and hold workshops in various formats with state and non-state institutions.
