In-depth training on adult teaching methodology and standardized syllabus was provided to the lecturers of the Bar Association's Professional Adaptation Program.

The training was attended by an updated staff of lecturers of the theoretical course of the adaptation program, who were selected on the basis of a public competition announced by the Executive Board of the Association.

In-depth training and its accompanying procedures are aimed at further increasing the quality and effectiveness of the theoretical course of the adaptation program. This process is supported by the Council of Europe Office in Georgia.
