On May 6-7, the Adaptation Program Internship Manager (Mentor) conducted an in-depth training for advocates on the topic - Outcome-Oriented Mentoring Skills.

The role and importance of mentoring, mentoring skills and teaching characteristics, ethics, experience sharing - the sessions included practical work as well as theoretical work.

The two-day training for mentor lawyers was supported by the Council of Europe and was attended by up to 30 mentors.

These trainings will be conducted and it aims to further refine and increase the quality of the internship process.
The training was led by Ruso Kvachantiradze and Sergi Jorbenadze.
