Jean-Marc Gollier

Jean-Marc is Senior Counsel at Eubelius (https://www.eubelius.com/en). He became a member of the Brussels Bar in 1987. He focuses primarily on financial law (banks, insurance, financial institutions), company law and ESG. Between 2000 and 2008 he worked as an adviser for the CBFA (Commission for Banking, Financial and Insurance Undertakings).

Jean-Marc is a guest lecturer at the Louvain School of Management (UCL) and a member of CRIDES. He is also a member of the editorial committee of various legal journals in the field of company law and compliance.

He is Chair of the Environment and Climate Change Committee of the CCBE. He has published a book on Corporate Social Responsibility in 2018. He regularly publishes studies relating to sustainable finance and CSR, company law and financial regulation.
