In 1993 he graduated from Kutaisi secondary school N8.
In 1998 he graduated from Kutaisi Akaki Tsereteli State University, Faculty of Law, majoring in Law.
From 1994 to 1998 he worked as a courier in the Kutaisi City Court.
In 1999, he took a three-month course as an Assistant Judge at the Justice Training Center and passed the program exam.
From 1999 to March 2009 he worked as an Assistant to the Chairman of the Kutaisi City Court.
In 2003 he attended the training courses of Assistant Judge, which included: Civil Procedure Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law.
On September 26, 2004, he passed the qualification exam for the employees of the Prosecutor's Office with the maximum score.
On March 25, 2006, he passed the Judicial Qualification Exam with specialization in Criminal Law.
In December 2007, he passed the Lawyers exams with honors in civil and administrative law.
He has taken courses in juvenile justice and children's rights (civil) to obtain additional specialization.
