Salome Bezhashvili

Committee Chairperson

BBK – Business and law - Head of Law unit, Founder and Managing Partner. She Provides private legal, advocacy and mediation practices and relevant services to Georgian and foreign residents;

She graduated from Caucasus University and has Master degree in Law. 
Since 2020 she has been appointed as a mediator of collective dispute settlement procedures of the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia;

2019 - Founding member of the Georgian Mediators Association;

Mediator of Mtskheta District Court since 2019;

Chairperson of the Mediation and Arbitration Development Committee of the Georgian Bar Association from 2019 to 2021;

Since 2016 - Head of the Legal department of the National Athletics Federation of Georgia.

2015 - 2016 - Head of the Legal department of the Organizing Committee of the European Youth Athletics Championships.

2014 - 2015 she was the Head of the Legal department of the Organizing Committee of the Tbilisi 2015 Youth Olympic Festival;

Until 2012 and 2014 she was an Advisor to the Legal department of the Administration of the Government of Georgia (Chancellery of the Government of Georgia), later a Legal Advisor to the President and Parliamentary Relations department in the same state authority;

From 2010 to 2012 she worked as a lawyer for Nodia, Urumashvili and Partners LLC.

Practices private law practice.

She speaks in Russian and English.
