Dzhivan (Jivan) is a graduate of Tbilisi State University, holding both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in law, which he earned with top honors and academic distinction. He has published two articles on consumer rights and has been accepted into prestigious international programs, including the LL.M. program at Penn State Law (USA) and the Faculty of Law at the University of Cambridge. Dzhivan also successfully completed an intensive and highly competitive one-month program on mediation and conflict resolution at the University of San Diego. In 2025, he returned to the same program as an Associate Coordinator. He is a certified mediator and an active member of the Mediators Association of Georgia. Additionally, he has served as a human rights trainer at the Training Center of the Ministry of Justice.
